I reccomend using CD's it's easier to learn. It's not too late, it's never too late when it comes to languages. 2. Italian is a really easy language for English speakers. It is (fairly) closely related to English and it's grammar and vocabulary are easy. Don't get me wrong though , any language requires a lot of work and will take a long time to learn.
